Production Time

All our products are custom-made to order. Typically, your items will be designed, printed, and prepared for shipping within 3 business days. This timeframe ensures that each product meets our high-quality standards. The artistic QR design process requires a number iterations and modifications before a scannable and working QR code is prepared. The design is then created and validated, offering you a unique item.

Shipping Locations

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. If your country is within our shipping range, your order will be processed and shipped accordingly. 

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Below is a general guideline for delivery times:

  • Europe: custom-made to order (max 3 days) + shipping: 3-7 business days
  • North America & Australia: custom-made to order (max 3 days) + shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of the World: custom-made to order (max 3 days) + shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • For some items and bundles, we only offer free shipping above a certain threshold.
  • If there is a shipping cost, it will be calculated based on the delivery address and order size and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Customs and Duties

Exceptionally, for international orders to locations where our products are not produced in-country or in a neighbouring country/region, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.
